Meet Betty Maxwell, born Baciliky Andris Cantrell on September 1, 1994, a multi-talented American singer, actress, model, author, and beauty pageant titleholder from Warner Robins, Georgia.
She slayed the game by being crowned Miss Georgia 2015 and then took it to the next level by becoming Miss America 2016 on September 13, 2015, thanks to Miss America 2015, Kira Kazantsev. Cantrell is the first Miss Georgia to rock the Miss America crown since Neva Jane Langley back in 1953.
Her platform “Healthy Children, Strong America” was the real MVP that secured her the win at Miss America 2016. Now, she’s married to Spencer “Spinny” Maxwell and is chasing her dreams in country music.
